The surprising holiday event operates from November 25 through December 22, providing complimentary bonus story content for Shadows players.

According to the authorized announcement, "A mysterious encounter pulls heroes Naoe and Yasuke into a fresh quest, where hints of forbidden ceremonies and monstrous transformations resonate through the obscurity." The plot presents a "oddly attired woman named Ada" who tasks the characters with journeying into the Crystalline Cavern—a important location from Attack on Titan—to liberate her ally from a clandestine sect.
The mission concentrates on "bizarre trials and a monstrous adversary" and is accessible to all players who have unlocked the Yasuke character.
Iconic Places and Transformations
The preview showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan redesigned as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was previously where the Reiss royal family transmitted the Founding Titan ability through eras. The trailer finishes with a dramatic moment showing a character, likely the hostage, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
Unique Rewards and Additional Features
Players who accomplish the quest will receive an exclusive katana alongside multiple objects secreted throughout the area in hidden chests. The update also includes premium Attack on Titan item packs, including:
